SSTR Rental Agreement

We believe trust is built through communication, respect, and transparency,  which is all part of hospitality.

So, here is our standard rental agreement.

Please note, this agreement reflects standard terms for all reservations booked on any platform, channel or OTA. However, depending on the specific stay, event, situation, add-ons and custom amentities, additional and/or different terms may apply. We will always communicate  directly and confirm  in writing. Please contact us directly with any questions or for additional information by phone at 1-407-494-0726 or via email at info@sunshinestr.com.
